Timothy H. Lee is currently the Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T, Inc., a position held since 2024. Previously, Lee served as a Partner and Associate at King & Spalding LLP from 2012 to 2021, and as an Assistant United States Attorney from 2016 to 2019. Lee began their legal career as a Law Clerk for both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
