Tom Munger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and business analysis. Currently serving as the Lead - Systems Engineer at AT&T since April 2011, Tom leads SDN development program lab planning and previously held the role of Principal Technical Architect, focusing on system testing for the AT&T Integrated Cloud. Prior to AT&T, Tom worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Educational Testing Service (ETS), where responsibilities included gathering business requirements and conducting usability testing for the GRE test. Tom also held positions at Comcast as a Senior BA, where Tom developed IT systems requirements, and at Avaya as a Senior Manager, responsible for defining requirements for a Business Intelligence application using Cognos.
