Tom Newman

Tom Newman has over two decades of experience in strategic capture and program management within the defense and national security sectors. Newman served as Director of Strategic Capture at AECOM from 2012 to 2015, before taking on various leadership roles including Senior Director at SOSI and Senior Director of Capture at Phacil, Inc. Current responsibilities as Capture Executive at AT&T focus on national security, building on previous roles that included managing substantial accounts for U.S. Combatant Commands at General Dynamics Information Technology. Newman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Marymount University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
