Tom Pierce

Tom Pierce is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Principal Architect at AT&T, where they manage large global technology transformations and ensure data integrity for informed decision-making. Tom's extensive experience includes roles at Allstate, where they led various IT initiatives, and Third Sky, where they directed the central region's P&L and delivered ITSM services. Tom also contributed to ITIL training at Plexent and has been actively involved as a mentor for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
