Topper Hightower

Topper Hightower, ENP, is an experienced associate director of 9-1-1 service management, currently pursuing education at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. They began their career in 1988 as an electronic technician in the US Navy and joined BellSouth in 1994 as a technician in the Network Reliability Center. Over the years, they advanced to evening shift supervisor and then to 9-1-1 service executive, eventually transitioning to AT&T in 2007, where they served until 2021, managing support for public safety customers across multiple states. Additionally, Hightower has been an Emergency Number Professional and a representative for the North Carolina chapter of the National Emergency Number Association.
