Tracy Liu is the Director of Device Analytics at AT&T, leveraging over 15 years of experience in data analytics and technical product management. Previously, Tracy held various influential roles within AT&T, including Director of Network Analytics and Digital Service Integration, and Principal Architect. Tracy's expertise encompasses generative AI, machine learning products, and network AI tooling, underscored by a successful track record of innovation with over 40 awarded patents. Additionally, Tracy contributed to research as a Visiting Scholar at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, focusing on network traffic obfuscation mechanisms. Tracy holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, along with multiple advanced degrees from renowned institutions.
