Treva Polk

Treva Polk is an experienced project and program manager currently serving as Lead Network Program Manager at AT&T since September 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end project management across various projects and programs. Prior to this, Treva held the role of Global Business Care Manager at AT&T Wireless, focusing on the development and implementation of global customer service strategies, and managed a team of customer service representatives. Early career experience includes serving as a Corporate Account Manager at Verizon Wireless, managing a significant portfolio of corporate accounts, and as a Congressional Aide for U.S. Congressman Richard E. Neal, providing constituent services and conducting policy research. Treva holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State University.
