Troy Kaylor

Troy Kaylor is currently the Director of Technology Strategy for Ethernet and IP Networks at AT&T, where they oversee strategic planning and budget management for the company's global network infrastructure. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at AT&T, including Director of Technology Planning for IP Communications and Principal for Technology, where they played key roles in VoIP and optical transport network initiatives. Troy began their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer First Class, overseeing a team of electricians. They earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
