Usha Gupta has over 25 years of experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy for ATT.com at AT&T since 2000, where responsibilities also encompass operations and customer satisfaction. Prior to AT&T, Usha held roles as a Senior Analyst at Ameritech from 1995 to 1999 and as an Analyst at Farley Industries, Inc. for a short period in 1995. Usha's career began at The MAC Group/Gemini Consulting from 1991 to 1994, first as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst. Usha Gupta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University between 1986 and 1990.
