Valorie Baylis

Valorie Baylis possesses extensive experience in project management, particularly within the telecommunications and aviation sectors. Most recently, at AT&T from February 2021 to November 2023, Valorie served as a Senior Technical Project Manager, leading the Mass Markets Dashboard Rationalization and improving analytics processes for the Digital Sales Analytics organization. Prior to this, Valorie worked as a Principal Consultant for Westwhile Group, LLC, providing digital consulting services to small non-profits, and as a Technical Project Manager at PureRED, where Valorie implemented a Retail Automation tool for a major retail client. Most recently, Valorie held the position of Project Manager at Delta Air Lines from June 2024 to March 2025, overseeing the development of the Virtual Queue system for enhanced customer support. Valorie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
