Ye Chen

Ye Chen is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in radio access network (RAN) architecture and planning. They currently serve as the Director Member of Technical Staff at AT&T, leading a team focused on RAN platforms and strategy development. Previously, Ye worked at AT&T in various technical leadership roles and also held a position as a Senior Staff Engineer at Huawei. Ye Chen holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Telecommunications from the China Academy of Telecommunication Technology and a Master’s degree in Wireless Communications from Georgia Institute of Technology.
