Rodger Pogue is the Regional Vice President in Houston at ATTA Elevators, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Superintendent of Service at KONE from 2011 to 2014 and as a Managing Partner at Pinnacle Elevator Corporation from 2009 to 2011. Rodger's early career included roles as a Mechanic, Superintendent, and Sr. Superintendent at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) from 1999 to 2009. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree at Lone Star College.
