Mark C. Davis

Mark Davis is a partner in Attain’s Education, Nonprofits and Commercial Services division. He is responsible for market development and service delivery to colleges, universities, hospitals and research institutions across the country. Mark also is a former two-term member of Attain's Board of Managers (2009-2016).

Previously, Mark spent nearly 25 years with BearingPoint, Inc. and KPMG, where he most recently was the Managing Director responsible for BearingPoint’s national Higher Education and Healthcare Grants Management practice. He has been consulting for more than 28 years and has worked as a key business advisor to more than 80 major universities, academic medical centers and research institutes.

Mark is experienced in federal cost policy, reimbursement and regulatory compliance, finance and grants operations improvement, strategic project outsourcing, and information technology applications and reporting.

Mark is a Certified Government Financial Manager.
