Karla Bautista has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karla started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Advisor at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., where they focused on providing excellent customer service and promoting the well-being of pets. In 2014, they joined Grubhub, initially as a Care Specialist and later as a Restaurant Care representative, connecting diners to restaurants through online and mobile food ordering services. From 2015 to 2018, Karla took on the role of Senior Support Lead at PerkSpot, managing and overseeing the customer service department and providing corporate benefit and discount programs. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Solutions representative at HomeX, an innovative company redefining the home services industry through technology-powered experiences. Karla also served as the Director of CX at Attain, a company offering low-cost access to modern financial services by leveraging permissioned data. Throughout their career, Karla has demonstrated strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Karla Bautista obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication, General from DePaul University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Monica College from 2007 to 2011.
