Jack Sinclair is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in CFO roles and consulting. Currently serving as Consulting CFO at Attend and as a Consultant for Tech:NYC, Jack previously co-founded Bolster, where significant contributions were made to connect businesses with experienced executives for various leadership roles. Notable past positions include CFO at LRN, Return Path, and Stack Overflow, as well as COO and VP Finance at Return Path during its formative years. Jack Sinclair holds a BS in Finance from The Wharton School and has a strong foundation in financial leadership and strategy across diverse companies.
