AAS provides a specialised, fee-based service designed to facilitate the application process for the Attendance Allowance benefit within the UK’s social security system. Our services are tailored to support individuals of pensionable age who require assistance with personal care due to physical or mental health conditions.

The AAS service comprises the following key components:

**Eligibility Assessment:** A preliminary, no-cost evaluation is conducted to determine an applicant’s eligibility for Attendance Allowance, based on criteria established by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This assessment evaluates the applicant’s daily living needs and any associated health-related impairments.

**Comprehensive Needs Analysis:** A detailed evaluation of the applicant’s care requirements is conducted. This involves gathering information regarding the nature and frequency of assistance needed for activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. The assessment also addresses cognitive and mental health factors that may impact the individual’s ability to live independently.

**Application Form Completion:** AAS assists in the completion of the DWP’s 32-page Attendance Allowance application form. This involves articulating the applicant’s needs in accordance with the DWP’s assessment criteria, aiming to maximise the likelihood of a successful claim. The process involves meticulous documentation of the applicant’s health conditions and functional limitations.

**Fee Structure:** AAS operates on a contingency fee basis. Their service fees are deducted from the initial backdated payment awarded by the DWP upon a successful application. In the event of an unsuccessful application, no fees are charged.
