Lee Sutton

Lee Sutton is a creative leader with a diverse background in writing for stage, screen, and global brands. With nearly 20 years of experience in storytelling, they currently serve as the Simulation Design Senior Team Lead (UK) at Attensi, where they lead a team in developing narrative-driven, gamified training experiences that facilitate real-world behaviour change. Lee's work includes playwright contributions to renowned venues such as The Old Vic and Hull Truck Theatre, as well as scriptwriting for prestigious events like IWC Schaffhausen's Race Night. They hold an MA in Writing for Performance & Publication from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Laws from Leeds Metropolitan University.
