Ayush Agarwal is a seasoned professional in product and technology leadership, currently serving as the Head of Product & Technology at Attero, India's foremost E-waste and Lithium-ion battery recycling company since January 2025. Previously, Ayush co-founded Molequle, a cross-border chemical procurement platform that assisted over 50 clients in sourcing materials efficiently. At Mamaearth, Ayush held the position of VP Product, where strategic initiatives led to notable advancements including the launch of a loyalty program and AI-driven products. Ayush's expertise further extends to Niva Bupa as the Head of Product for Mobile Apps and Underwriting Automation, where significant digital transformations were achieved. Prior experience includes a role as AI Product Lead at MakeMyTrip focused on enhancing the hotels category through AI and machine learning advancements. Ayush completed a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and furthered education at the University of Chicago.
