Currently serving as the Head of People Culture & Administration at Attero since June 2023, Deepaa previously founded and consulted for ManasaMitr, focusing on mental and emotional wellness and HR management consulting. With a background as a Fractional CHRO at Gbc Bakery-Factory and an Executive Coach at The People Connect, Deepaa has specialized in HR audits, organizational development, and change management. Deepaa's tenure as HR Director at the British Council included developing HR strategies and advising on CSR initiatives. Educational qualifications were obtained from XLRI Jamshedpur and GrowthSchool, enhancing expertise in HR and management consulting.
