Graham Bodner began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Coach at the Woodland Hills Aquatic Team. Graham then became the Head Coach of Forest Hills Swim Team in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Franklin Area Swim Team as a Lead Developmental Coach, where they provided seasonal planning for the developmental groups, and oversaw the seasonal planning and training of all training and age groups. In 2015, they became the Head Age Group Coach of Ridgefield Aquatic Club, where they organized recruitment efforts within the local community, conceptualized the team's training schedule, managed and maintained parent relationships, and assisted the CEO in day to day operations. In 2019, they became the Head Age Group Coach of Berkeley Aquatic Club & Swim School, where they served as the Age Group Program director for 200+ swimmers, piloted and strategically planned on-site execution of curriculum, and spearheaded yearly fundraisers. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Competitive Aquatics at Ridgewood YMCA, where they oversee and collaborates with a staff of five coaches, carefully crafts and continually evolves the club's curriculum, interacts daily with C-suite executives, and builds and maintains community relationships through frequent and impactful charitable initiatives. In 2022, they will be taking on the role of Sales Development Representative at Attest.
Graham Bodner attended PennWest California from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Sports Management with a field of study in Sport Management.
