Morgan Tilling

Morgan Tilling has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as an Activities Camp Team Member at The Portsmouth Grammar School. In 2016, they worked as a Peer Mentor (Public Speaking) at the University of Exeter. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Director at Explore Learning. In 2019, they worked as a Researcher, Corporate and Financial at Hanson Search. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Assistant at BookTrust and as a People and Talent Associate and People Operations Specialist at LoyaltyLion. Their current role is People Executive at Attest, which they began in 2022.

Morgan Tilling attended The Portsmouth Grammar School from 2000 to 2014, where they studied English Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, and Biology A*/A*/A*/B. Morgan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) 2:1 in Psychology at the University of Exeter from 2014 to 2017. In addition, Morgan has obtained several certifications, such as Data & Analytics for People Professionals from CIPD in May 2022, Employment Law for Line Managers from CIPD in May 2021, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in April 2021, Emergency First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in September 2021, and Pediatric First Aid from St John Ambulance in May 2018.
