Nicholas White

Customer Research Lead at Attest

Nicholas White has held a variety of roles in the customer research and insight industries since 2005. Nicholas began their career as a Lifeguard for the Bank of England Sports Club in 2005, followed by a role as a Court Attendant for LSS FM in 2010. In 2007, they worked as a Tennis Assistant for Sheen Lawn Tennis Club, and in 2008 they were a Marketing Assistant for Extreme Element. In 2011, they began working for Hall & Partners as a Graduate Account Executive, and was promoted to Account Executive in the same year. In 2013, they joined Alida as a Senior Research Consultant and Senior Customer Success Manager, followed by a role as Research Manager for Hyve Group plc in 2018. In 2017, they were a Research Manager for Ascential, and in 2019 they took on the role of Senior Insight Manager for the Lawn Tennis Association. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Attest as a Customer Research Lead, Customer Research Principal, and Senior Customer Expertise Manager.

Nicholas White attended Hampton School from 1998 to 2005 and then went on to receive a BSc in Sports Management from Bournemouth University from 2006 to 2010.
