Tiantian Cheng

Tiantian Cheng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Tiantian worked at a company called 欧莱雅 as a Sales Executive and later as a Senior (Key Account) Executive, where they managed accounts and developed marketing strategies. In 2018, Tiantian worked at the University of California San Diego, serving as a Teaching Assistant for multiple subjects and events coordination. Tiantian then transitioned to a role as a Recruitment Consultant at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd, where they focused on full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level positions. In 2021, Tiantian joined TuSimple as a Tech Recruiter, eventually becoming the Lead Technical Recruiter and leading a 3-person team. Currently, Tiantian works at Attic Projects as a Recruiting Lead, responsible for designing a structured hiring system and scaling the company nationally.

Tiantian Cheng holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UC San Diego, which was completed between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, Cheng obtained a Master's degree in linguistics and applied linguistics from Sichuan University, which was earned between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Cheng has acquired various certifications including a Certificate in Supply Excellence and Innovation from the University of California San Diego, as well as several courses from institutions such as Coursera, DataCamp, and UserTesting.
