Rani Sweis has a wealth of experience in the marketing and branding industry. 🦄 Rani began their career in 2008 as a Regional Marketing Manager at Phoenix Mobile, where they quickly advanced to managing four locations and implemented an online marketing strategy that increased used phone quarterly revenues by 15%. In 2011, they joined Yelp.com as a Senior Account Executive, becoming a leader in sales and ranking in the top 20% of the entire organization after only one year. In 2013, they moved to Google as an Advertising Executive. In 2017, Rani joined AIGA Arizona as a Board Director, cultivating relationships to create meaningful connections between Phoenix businesses and the design community. In 2019, they founded Brand Seasoning, a tool and workshop that helps take brand messaging from chaos to clarity in four simple steps. In 2014, Rani became the CEO and Chief Strategist of AtticSalt, a brand consultancy for visionary organizations and products.
