Matt Light

Matt Light has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Atticus since November 2021. In 2006, they founded and managed Abandoned Pixel Lovers, where they developed various tools, created websites, and implemented testing frameworks. From October 2020 to November 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at WorkBoard Inc. Prior to that, they co-founded Kelvin Education in 2018, where they played a crucial role in building the company from scratch and developing several web applications. Matt also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Illuminate Education, Inc. from August 2011 to March 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from August 2009 to August 2011 and as a Contracted Web Developer/Programmer at CBH Consulting from August 2006 to January 2007. Matt began their career as a Web Developer at Arise America Ministries in 2002 and later joined Leonard Engineering, LLC as a Web Developer from August 2001 to March 2002. Overall, Matt Light has demonstrated their expertise in software development, team collaboration, and project management throughout their career.

Matt Light attended Riverside City College from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Computer & Information Systems. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at UC Irvine from 2006 to 2008.
