Patrick Skinner

Patrick Skinner has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Patrick began their career as an intern at Linklaters and Merrill Lynch in 2010 and 2011, respectively. In 2012, they joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a Corporate Associate and FTS. In 2018, they became a Practice Consultant and Team Lead at Kira Systems, where they advised clients across EMEA and APAC on how best to use the technology from a legal/commercial perspective. In 2020, they joined BRYTER as Corporate & Legal Markets. Most recently, in 2022, they became the General Manager, UK & Europe at Atticus. Additionally, in 2019, they were a Member of the Technology and Law Committee at The Law Society, where they provided advice and developed guidance to assist the legal profession in adopting relevant new technologies.

Patrick Skinner attended The Brentwood School from 2001 to 2008. Patrick then went on to Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. In 2010-2011, they completed a Scholarship Exchange at the University of Melbourne, majoring in History and Politics. In 2012, they attended BPP Law School to obtain a GDL in Law. Patrick then returned to BPP Law School in 2013 to complete an Accelerated LPC.
