Catherine LeClair has seven years of work experience in creative, content, and marketing roles. Catherine began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at Bedford/St. Martin's, where they created, organized, and distributed sales documents and emails. In 2013, they joined Time Inc. Content Solutions as an Associate Editor and Assistant Editor, where they managed My Ford magazine, pitched and presented creative to clients, and collaborated with edit, photo, video, design, and account departments. In 2016, they were a Nights and Weekends Blogger at Someecards, Inc., and a Senior Strategist at Gawker Media. Later that year, they joined Gizmodo Media Group as an Associate Creative Director, where they oversaw the creation of all branded content pitches and managed relationships between editorial, art, account management, strategy, and production teams. In 2019, Catherine worked as a Writer, Content Strategist, and Creative Director for various online and print publications, and as a Writer and Content Strategist at Courageous (CNN). Catherine then joined The Atlantic as a Director of Creative Strategy and Content Lead, and a Senior Creative Strategist in 2021. Finally, in 2022 they became Creative Director at ATTN:.
Catherine LeClair attended Boston College from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General. Prior to that, they attended Bangor High School from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a High School degree. In 2013, they obtained a Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification from Kaplan International.
