What started in 1979 as two former prosecutors representing individuals with serious injuries, has expanded into a nationwide law firm representing sick and injured individuals with their claims against either insurance companies or large corporations. We currently have 15 attorneys of which nine are nationwide disability insurance attorneys and six are Florida personal injury attorneys. 

Our firm's Nationwide Disability Insurance Division, led by Gregory Michael  Dell, began representing disability claimants in1994 and has helped thousands of individuals to obtain long term disability insurance benefits. Our disability attorneys represent claimants nationwide  at all stages of a claim for disability insurance benefits, which includes the disability application process, denial of disability benefits, ERISA appeals, lawsuits to recover disability benefits and lump sum policy buyouts of disability insurance policies. 

Our firm's Accident and Injury Division, managed by Dennis Schaefer was established in 1979, and has been representing individuals that have sustained a serious injury by no fault of their own.  Our Florida personal injury lawyers represent injury or accident victims throughout the state of Florida. Through injury cases such as car or commercial trucking accidents, slip and fall, defective or dangerous products, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, our Florida injury attorneys have recovered more than $400 million for our clients.
