Roger J. serves as the General Manager of the Oracle Practice for Business Applications at Atturra since June 2025. Previously, Roger held the position of Practice Director (Contract) at 4i apps solutions, where strategic expansion into the Australia and New Zealand region was achieved. At DXC, from January 2017 to January 2023, Roger was Delivery Director and Head of Architecture, Platform and Technology Practice, leading a team of over 60 professionals in delivering innovative consulting and managed services. Before that, Roger served as Regional Practice Lead/Manager for Technology & Infrastructure at Red Rock Consulting, focusing on Oracle solutions and IT transformation. Roger has also worked as a part-time Technical Project Manager on various contracts while at Coles Group. Roger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Technology from Victoria University.
