Mia Xu

Mia Xu is a Legal Counsel at ATUM, where they have been since 2021. Previously, they served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, focusing on Intellectual Property Law and Antitrust Law, and worked as a Principal Investigator for the Shanghai Municipality Science and Technology Commission, advising on antitrust policies. Mia has also held roles as a Special China Consultant at Via Licensing Corporation and a Legal Researcher at Tencent. They earned their Doctor of Law from Zhejiang University and a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley.
