On the one hand, with our scheduling tools you can plan your co-workers in accordance with legal and personal restrictions as well as with the workload or demand you have. You can do this manually, or with our fully automatic scheduler power by advanced algorithms. On the other hand, we have a wide variety of features for the day-to-day time management, such as leave and holiday requests, shift swaps, document management, etc. To go even further, you can even automate the approval of all these requests according to previously set restrictions.  

In addition, with our Time & Attendance module, employees can check-in/out from multiple clocking systems: mobile APP, GPS, biometric devices, etc. calculate and generate advanced reports and notifications in real time thanks to the direct comparison with the schedule.  

aTurnos is a new vision for Human Resources as we cover the entire Workforce Management cycle, from the employee master to the generation of both simple and complex payroll concepts. In addition, it integrates easily with the most widely used administration programs on the market, such as SAP or Meta4.
