Dave Keffer

Dave Keffer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dave started their career in 2005 as an Industrial Engineering Manager at Grede Holdings LLC, where they worked until 2009. Dave then worked as an Industrial Engineer at Anvil International from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2020, they served as a Lean Facilitator at TB Wood's. In 2020, Dave joined BWise Manufacturing, LLC as a Plant Manager and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Director of Operations at ATW.

Dave Keffer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Dave later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2020.
