Andrew Evans

Andrew Evans, P.E. serves as the Senior Director of Texas Land Development at Atwell, LLC, starting in January 2024. With over 25 years of engineering experience in the central Texas region, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Project Manager and Shareholder at Kimley-Horn from October 2015 to January 2024, where leadership of a development services practice was key. Prior to that, Andrew was the Managing Engineer at ATS Consulting Engineers and Surveyors from January 1998 to October 2015, overseeing the operations of a multi-discipline firm and managing local and national project implementations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1992 and 1997.
