Brian Balls, PE, PLS, currently serves as Director and Associate Director at Atwell, LLC since October 2023. With a long-standing career, Brian has been the Owner of Summit Engineering Group from April 2001 to the present. Prior to that, Brian held the position of Project Engineer at Granite Construction from January 2001 to May 2001 and at MCM Engineering from October 1997 to December 2000. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
