Dan Eccles

Dan Eccles is an accomplished construction professional with over 33 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Vertical Construction and Director of Preconstruction Services at Atwell, LLC since November 2018, Dan oversees preconstruction budgeting, contractor prequalification, quality assurance, and project scheduling. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust and various project management positions at Sachse Construction, LPS Contracting Inc., Weinstein Communities, Wespac Construction, Joe E. Woods, Inc., and Form and Space Architecture. Dan's early career involved significant architectural design and construction roles with DiNisco Kretsch & Associates and Horlbeck Hickman Schafer Architects. Dan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona.
