Gary Bland

Gary Bland is a seasoned professional in land and right-of-way services, currently serving as the Director of Land & ROW at Atwell, LLC since June 2025. With extensive experience in international operations leadership, Gary has held significant roles, including Director of Right-of-Way & Land Services at CAM Integrated Solutions, and Vice President of Right of Way & Land Services at Maser Consulting, where the focus was on oil and gas, pipeline, utilities, and renewable energy markets. Prior to these roles, Gary managed business units and operations at Cardno, and served as a regional manager, demonstrating a strong expertise in land and survey services throughout the Americas. Gary's career began at Mustang Engineering, where positions ranged from Senior Project Manager to Manager of ROW & Land. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University.
