James Rosich

James Rosich is a skilled project management professional with extensive experience in community development and real estate. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager and previously as a Project Coordinator at Atwell, LLC, James has successfully managed various projects since July 2021. Prior work experience includes roles as a Project Manager, Community Development Advisor, and Neighborhood Advocate in a self-employed capacity from February 2019 to February 2021, and as a Due Diligence Coordinator at GreenbergFarrow from December 2015 to September 2018. James also served as a Regional Development Specialist for The Wendy's Company, overseeing new store projects within the Southeastern U.S. and initially worked at GreenbergFarrow in a similar capacity from June 2004 to September 2008. James holds a Master of Science in City Planning and a Certificate in Industrial Safety & Health from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Natural Resource Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
