Lance Adams

Lance Adams is a Civil Engineer project manager with a strong background in land development and project management. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and have held various roles, including Land Development Manager at PulteGroup and Principal Engineer at LDC, Inc. Since 2025, Lance has served as a Senior Project Manager at Atwell, LLC. With excellent interpersonal skills, Lance effectively manages projects from site selection through entitlement and construction, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and contractors.
