Mark Dunlap

Mark Dunlap is an experienced professional in land surveying, currently serving as the Director of Land Surveying at Hillpointe since November 2023 and as Team Leader at Atwell, LLC since July 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Land Surveying at W&A Engineering from March 2009 to June 2021 and worked as a Land Surveyor at Columbia Engineering and Services, Inc. for a brief period in early 2009, focusing on FEMA floodplain studies and municipal civil projects. Mark's earlier roles included Surveying Technician at Development Consultants Group, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis and management for various projects, and Survey Associate III at Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, managing GPS inventory mapping and conducting various surveys.
