Thomas Lucey is a seasoned professional in land development and civil engineering with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Fisher Associates PE, LS, LA, DPC since August 2018, Thomas holds additional roles as Senior Project Manager and Director of Land Development at Atwell, LLC, and as Principal and Owner of Sunzera, a solar development company established in May 2014. Past positions include Site/Civil Operations Manager at McFarland-Johnson, Inc., Senior Partner at APD Engineering & Architecture, PLLC., and Senior Associate at The Sear Brown Group, where extensive work with Fortune 500 companies was carried out. Thomas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1989.
