William Mahan

William Mahan is a seasoned land professional with extensive experience in mineral rights and land management. Currently serving as a Senior Land Agent at Samsung Solar since December 2022, William oversees courthouse research for ownership of surface and mineral rights and prepares Ownership Reports. Prior to this role, William has held positions including Senior Land Agent at Atwell, LLC, Senior Title Examiner at Coates Field Service, Inc., and Senior Team Lead at Blue Energy Resources, where responsibilities ranged from negotiating leases to creating detailed reports and maps. Additionally, William has a background as a Petroleum Landman at Reagan Resources and Land Services Inc., with a strong focus on thorough research and contract negotiation processes. William's foundational experience includes service in the US Army from 2003 to 2006. Education includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington Tacoma.
