At Au Pralin, we’re reimagining nut spreads from the ground up. We started in Vancouver with a simple goal: maximize the nut, eliminate the junk, and keep the indulgence. That’s why our small-batch spreads feature between 56% and 82% pure nut content - far surpassing the industry norm.

Our approach is rooted in culinary curiosity. Alongside a classic milk chocolate spread made with BC-grown hazelnuts in the Fraser Valley, we push the boundaries of what a spread can be - blending unexpected textures and flavors like almond, popcorn & chocolate or pistachio, chocolate & kataifi. It’s a cleaner, bolder take on indulgence, made with honest ingredients and absolutely zero compromise.
