Fernanda Rozan

Fernanda Rozan has extensive experience in business operations and talent acquisition, having served as Head of Business Operations at Acção from November 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included commercial management, service operation administration, and sales of data archiving projects. Currently holding the position of IT Talent Acquisition Consultant at AUBAY UK since August 2021, Fernanda oversees end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles. Prior roles include a position at T-Systems as a IT consultant from 2005 to 2008 and Business Manager at Cadmus from January 2004 to July 2013, focusing on providing high-quality services and professionals to clients. Fernanda is currently pursuing a degree in Events Management at Anglia Ruskin University, expected to be completed in 2024.
