Keran D. is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Head of Selection & Assessment at AXA XL, where the focus is on transforming the organization into a skills-based entity through the development of foundational tools rooted in behavioral science and analytics. In addition, Keran is a member of Aubilities' Co-Production Board, advocating for neurodiverse perspectives to enhance product and service offerings. Previously, as Capability Building Manager and Profiling & Staffing Manager at Philip Morris International, Keran led global initiatives in talent selection and capability development across over 60 countries. Earlier experience includes roles as European Assessment Leader at IBM, where Keran demonstrated the value of human capital investment using behavioral science and analytics. Keran holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology with First Class Honours from Kingston University.
