Running our business on values and giving our team autonomy to make decisions keeps staff retention and standards high. Accredited by the Living wage Foundation, the first National catering Butcher to gain the good Business Charter and one of the only food service suppliers to have invested wholly in fully kerb side recyclable packaging, sustainability is at the centre of what we do. 
Sourcing grass fed beef from carbon capturing pastures in the British isles, selecting only the top 1% of the highest  welfare animals , we then use the most efficient butchery techniques to utilise the whole carcase.
