Bernardo Salgado is an experienced Category Manager with a focus on digital marketing and food and beverage (F&B) management. They held the position of Plant Director for food manufacturing at Auchan Retail Portugal from 2024 to 2021 and served as the Category Manager for Fresh Meals Take Away & Cafeteria from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Bernardo worked as an F&B Assistant and later as an F&B e I&D Manager at Go Natural Portugal, where they managed multiconcept F&B operations and oversaw product development.
