Didier PROENCA

Didier Proenca is the Manager of Security at Auchan Retail France, where the priorities include the safety of people and property. With extensive operational experience, their current role involves safeguarding against fire and panic risks in high-capacity establishments, along with managing the internal risk assessment and a multi-year Health, Safety, and Well-Being training plan. Didier also serves as an Operational Reserve Officer with the French National Police and holds the title of Senior Volunteer Firefighter. Prior to these roles, Didier was associated with the Paris Fire Brigade.
