FREDERIC BRANDT

Frederic Brandt has extensive experience in the retail and food service industries, currently serving as a Commercial Manager at Auchan Retail since March 2007. Prior to this role, Frederic worked as Directeur adjoint de restaurant at Mac Donald Co from January 2000 to May 2006, where involvement began as a student employee in 1994. Frederic briefly held the position of Directeur Adjoint de Site at Boulangerie Patisserie Paul from June 2006 to February 2007, overseeing a production site and collaborating with site management. Frederic holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Université de Strasbourg, completed in 2000.
