Frédéric Le Lay

Frédéric Le Lay is a legal director at Auchan Retail, specializing in M&A, financing, and corporate development. With dual French and Brazilian nationality, Frédéric brings strong expertise in the M&A market in Brazil, particularly for foreign companies. Frédéric's educational background includes double degrees in Management from EM Lyon Business School and Business Law from Université Paris X Nanterre, complemented by experience in prestigious law firms such as Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados and Allen & Overy.
