Kin Gill

Kin Gill serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Auctane since October 2023, following a distinguished tenure as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Upland Software from July 2018 to October 2023. Previously, Kin held the position of Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary at Bazaarvoice, where responsibilities included establishing the legal strategy and advising the executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Kin's career also includes roles such as Deputy General Counsel at Bazaarvoice, Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Xtreme Power, and Partner at Arden Operating Company, LLC. Legal expertise was further developed as Principal at Fish & Richardson, P.C. and Partner at Andrews Kurth LLP. Kin holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
